No, this is not a giant exercise machine

Graham Sparey-Taylor. The NOSGwawr II Solar Car is said to be capable of sprinting 100mph and can guarantee lots of thrills for anyone who gambles his $16,000 for this cheap thrill.

The NOSGwawr II Solar Car is actually an entry to the North American Solar Challenge which will run from Texas to Alberta. While is hands down a green car, it is also a fast car since both are equally important to Sparey-Taylor. However, he admits that going fast while inside a flat solar panel covered car weighing 465 pounds can be strange.

Sparey-Taylor said the NOSGwawr II Solar Car could be up and ready by January but only if he can find a sponsor who will pay for the building and shipment cost which could amount to £10,000. For now they expect to raise funds by selling blocks of the car’s exterior in exchange for advertising. If you want in on this new venture then there’s still space for a few more logos.
